What is the difference between guaranteed rent and full management?
With guaranteed rent you receive an agreed fixed amount each month and we take on the letting and management. With full management the tenant’s rent is collected for you, and what you receive depends on the rent achieved and the property being let. The right choice depends on your property and how much certainty you want.
Can I manage the property myself and still use Masterkey?
Yes. Tick “Use our software to self-manage” on the form. You keep control of your tenancy and use our online portal for tenancies, documents, ID checks and certificates.
What does it cost?

I have an HMO. Can you help?
